A crash involving four vehicles occurred in Fullerton last Wednesday at about 10 a.m., according to this report from CBS Los Angeles. After a preliminary investigation, police believe a black Chevrolet Silverado caused the crash. This truck was driving erratically on Magnolia, eventually veering into oncoming traffic near Valencia Drive, where it hit a Toyota Corolla.
This caused a chain reaction. The Silverado flipped and hit a Ford Edge, which had been driving alongside the Corolla. The Edge, in turn, was sent into a Nissan Altima. The entire incident ended with the Silverado upside down in the middle of the intersection.
Several people were injured as a result of this accident. The driver of the Silverado, a 36-year-old man, was taken to the hospital, along with the 50-year-old man that had been in the Ford Edge.
But it was the woman in the Toyota Corolla that sustained the brunt of the injuries. She was at first trapped in her vehicle and had to be rescued. She was then taken to the hospital, where she was later pronounced dead.
